The outer shell is made of high-strength stainless steel or forged steel, and the inner shell and overcurrent components are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy (such as Cr30A), which has both wear resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation in high temperature and granular media.
The pump adopts a double volute and double shell structure, with the outer shell bearing pressure and the inner shell wear-resistant and replaceable, reducing maintenance costs. The impellers are arranged back-to-back to balance axial forces and operate smoothly. The import and export are vertically upward and designed with equal pressure to reduce thermal stress.
