Description：

The Feiyue double shell multi-stage pump is suitable for petroleum refining, petrochemical and chemical industries, transportation of petroleum, refined oil products, and liquefied petroleum gas. Light hydrocarbons and flammable, explosive, toxic high-temperature and high-pressure liquids are used for water injection projects on offshore platforms.

The Feiyue double shell multi-stage pump complies with the American Petroleum Engineering Institute API610 8th edition regulations. There are two structural types inside the shell: segmented multi-stage or horizontally split multi-stage; The inner shell can be removed for maintenance without moving the pipeline. The horizontal split type inner shell is more convenient to maintain. By opening the split type structure, the pump rotor can be removed. The pump rotor is a rigid rotor with a single-stage fixed impeller, which has high reliability and excellent operating accuracy. The bearings at both ends of the pump are rolling bearings or sliding bearings, and the lubrication form is self-lubricating or forced lubrication: self-lubricating bearings or forced lubrication bearings are equipped with necessary auxiliary equipment and monitoring systems. The axial force of the pump is borne by the balancing device, and the residual axial force is borne by the thrust ball bearings or thrust pads. The shaft seal is a mechanical seal with a self flushing system to maintain normal operation of the mechanical seal at normal temperature and pressure.
