This series of pumps is a horizontal single-stage petrochemical process pump designed according to the API610 standard, with a high degree of standardization. The basic components of different specifications of pumps in the series can be interchanged. This series of pumps has nearly 50 specifications and 9 universal bearing components covering 4 pressure levels, which can be widely used in various demanding industrial processes.

Structural features:

1. The open impeller structure is equipped with replaceable wear-resistant plates on the corresponding pump body and pump cover;

2. The pressure chamber adopts radial guide vanes and annular volute shell, which ensures more uniform stress on the pressure bearing components;

3. The containerized single end mechanical seal is assisted by the Plan32 flushing scheme to improve the sealing reliability and service life of the pump;

4. The large diameter rigid shaft structure improves the reliability and smooth operation of the pump;
