Description：
This series of products features pump bodies, impellers, and pump covers made with high-temperature sintered silicon carbide linings or integral core casting. All parts in contact with the medium are made of silicon carbide composite ceramic material, suitable for any environment with a pH value of 1-14, unaffected by chloride and fluoride concentrations in the slurry, and exhibiting strong wear and corrosion resistance. The lining process utilizes a novel silicon carbide ceramic vacuum casting technology, resulting in a strong bond between the metal skeleton and the composite material, providing a certain degree of impact resistance. A large conical space is designed between the impeller and the pump cover, effectively preventing solid media from entering the shaft seal and extending its lifespan. This pump is characterized by corrosion resistance, wear resistance, easy maintenance, reliable operation, long service life, and good economic efficiency. It is suitable for conveying corrosive and abrasive slurries containing solid particles and is widely used in industries such as desulfurization, hydrometallurgy, phosphate chemical industry, coal chemical industry, and alumina industry.
