Scope of Application

1. Chemical Industry Evaporation Crystallization: Used for forced circulation in evaporators and crystallizers for phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate, ammonium chloride, calcium chloride, etc. Chemical Reactions: Used as a circulating pump in chemical reactors to ensure uniform mixing of reaction media. 2. Salt and Alkali Production Vacuum Salt Production: Used for forced circulation in NaCl evaporators and crystallizers. Diaphragm Caustic Soda Production: Used for forced circulation in evaporators of NaCl-containing caustic soda solutions. 3. Non-ferrous Metals and Metallurgy Alumina Production: Used for forced circulation in sodium aluminate solution evaporators. Hydrometallurgy: Used for forced circulation in evaporators and crystallizers for copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, etc. 4. Paper and Sugar Production Paper Black Liquor Treatment: Used for forced circulation in paper black liquor concentrators. Sugar Evaporation: Used for forced circulation in sugar solution evaporation processes. 5. Seawater Desalination and Environmental Protection Seawater Desalination: Used as a circulating pump in seawater desalination systems. Wastewater Treatment: Used for advanced treatment and evaporation crystallization of saline wastewater. 6. Other Applications Industrial Cooling Systems: Used for circulating water delivery in cooling towers. Marine Propulsion: Used for transporting large volumes of liquid in ship ballast water systems.

Structure

This series of pumps comes in three structures: horizontal elbow type, pull-back tee type, and vertical axial flow pump. It features a cartridge-type double-end mechanical seal and can be driven by various methods including direct coupling with flexible coupling, belt drive, universal joint drive with reducer, and hydraulic coupling drive. Wetted materials include 304, 316L, 2205, 2507, 904L, Hastelloy series, Monel series, and titanium series.
