Scope of Application

Coal chemical industry: used in the gasification process of coal water slurry to transport high concentration coal slurry to the gasifier. Thermal power plant: Transport the coal slurry from the coal mill outlet to the boiler combustion chamber. Mining processing: used for transporting slurry containing solid particles.

Structure

Structural features:

1. The entire pump has no dead corners for liquid accumulation, and after shutdown, all liquid in the pump can be discharged to ensure that there are no solid residues in the pump chamber;

2. The impeller adopts two-phase flow design technology, and the front and rear cover plates are equipped with back blades;

3. Both the upper and lower parts of the impeller are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant plates;

4. Auxiliary impeller power seal+containerized double end mechanical seal with Plan32+54 flushing scheme;

5. An independent bearing box with paired angular contact ball bearings at the upper end to withstand axial forces and cylindrical roller bearings at the lower end to withstand radial forces;

6. Large diameter rigid shaft structure.
