The supply temperature is t ≤ 110 ℃, and the sulfuric acid concentration is 93%~98% concentrated sulfuric acid. On this basis, a 104-105% nicotinic acid pump has been developed, and a dry gas seal device has been installed at the packing to ensure the prevention of SO3 gas overflow; In addition, to cooperate with and adapt to the use of domestically produced HRS low-temperature waste heat recovery system equipment, our company has successfully developed a high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid pump with a temperature of 190-220 ℃ for the HRS system; And adopt the company's patented secondary convection energy-saving air cooling technology to ensure that the bearings are not affected by the conduction of high-temperature media during operation.
