structure and performance
1. Structure The high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid submersible pump is a vertical single machine single suction centrifugal pump, mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, liner, intermediate bracket, outlet pipe and seal and other components. Its structural design is reasonable, and installation and maintenance are particularly convenient. The upper part of the shaft adopts a double axis support cantilever structure, and the lower part is supported by a sliding bearing type shaft sleeve and lining. The pump is equipped with a low-speed motor, which ensures smooth operation, low noise, and light vibration, greatly extending the service life of the pump. At the inlet of the pump, a filter structure was designed and manufactured to prevent impurities such as magnetic rings or pipes from entering the acid pump during sulfuric acid production, which plays a significant role in ensuring the normal operation of the pump. On the basis of the 93-98% concentrated sulfuric acid pump, we have also developed a 104-105% nicotinic acid pump, which is equipped with a dry gas seal device at the packing to prevent the overflow of SO3 gas; In addition, to cooperate with and adapt to the use of domestically produced HRS low-temperature waste heat recovery system devices, our company has successfully developed an ultra-high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid pump with a temperature of 190-220 ℃ for HRS systems; In addition to installing a dry gas seal device at the packing, a cooling water circulation system is also installed at the bearing seat to ensure that the bearing is not affected by the conduction of high-temperature media during operation. 2. Performance of the pump The pump adopts advanced hydraulic models. It has good performance, high efficiency, and is equipped with a small motor, which will save users a lot of energy and create greater economic benefits.
Materials used

The principle of design and material selection is equal strength design. Regardless of the material used, the pump must operate normally for at least two years.

1. The pump impeller, shaft sleeve, liner, and mouth ring are made of our company's patented materials C1, C2, and C3 nickel chromium alloys.

This series of alloys has excellent corrosion resistance. Due to the addition of different amounts of Ni, Cr, Mo and other elements to each component, in addition to ensuring reliable operation at 120 ℃ and 190-220 ℃, the annual corrosion rate is less than 0.1mm. After heat treatment, the surface hardness is HRC50, and it has different wear resistance and corrosion resistance. In addition, the use of precision casting technology (such as impellers, shaft sleeves, bushings, etc.) increases material density and strength, greatly enhancing the service life of these parts, which can completely replace LEWMET alloy and reduce the price and cost of pumps.

2. The pump body, pump cover, elbow, outlet pipe, and bracket materials are made of our company's patented S-1 and S-2 acid resistant ductile iron alloys. After alloying and graphite spheroidization, they have good strength and plasticity, with a tensile strength of 711-823N/mm ² and an elongation rate of 5.8-7.4%. The annual corrosion rate in concentrated sulfuric acid is 0.26mm. The shaft is also made of ductile iron alloy, which can be used for more than two years under alloying, graphite spheroidization, and heat treatment. The overcurrent components of the nicotinic acid pump are made of 304 stainless steel, while the FRS acid pump uses corresponding materials such as 310SS and 329SS.

3. Other: The packing seal adopts oil immersed graphite fiber or PTFE fiber packing. The sealing ring is made of fluororubber material. The gasket is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, which fully ensures that the pump does not leak during normal operation. In addition, we have adopted a snake spring coupling with low alignment requirements and compensatory properties for pump start-up, and a flexible diaphragm coupling with high flexibility for high flow pumps.

1. Chemical industry Sulfuric acid production: used for transporting high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid in sulfuric acid plants. Phosphate fertilizer production: In the production of phosphate compound fertilizers, it is used to transport high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid.
