This series of pumps is a horizontal single-stage petrochemical process pump designed according to the API610 standard, with a high degree of standardization. The basic components of different specifications of pumps in the series can be interchanged. This series of pumps has nearly 50 specifications and 9 universal bearing components covering 4 pressure levels, which can be widely used in various demanding industrial processes.

The pump body adopts an optimized snail shell structure, and the impeller is specially designed with a high-pressure inlet, which can adapt to high-pressure conveying conditions. Smooth operation, low noise, compact structure, easy maintenance, ensuring efficient operation under complex working conditions. Flow range: 3-2600m ³/h; Head range: 4-250m; Working temperature: -80 ℃ to 450 ℃; Work pressure: up to 5.0MPa.

Materials used

The pump body and overcurrent components are made of high-quality stainless steel or carbon steel, and the seals are made of high-quality mechanical seals to ensure long-term stable operation in high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media. The selection of materials can meet the requirements of various complex working conditions.
