Description：

Shielded pump is a combination of centrifugal pump and three-phase AC motor, with overcurrent components directly connected to the drive motor shaft, forming the rotor component together. The shielding sleeve is embedded inside the stator to isolate the rotor cavity and stator cavity, ensuring that the pump is completely leak free. Hastelloy stator shielding sleeve is made of special technology, with high precision, good quality, no welding defects, high magnetic permeability, and strong corrosion resistance. The sliding bearing material is made of crystalline silicon carbide (SSICSIC30), which has high strength, good wear resistance, and strong corrosion resistance. Its service life is more than 10 times that of graphite bearings. The shielding motor is a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor with high efficiency, protection level 1P55, and explosion-proof level dellCT3-T5. This series of pumps has a simple and compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, automatic hydraulic balance of axial force, low noise, safe and reliable, and low total operating costs.
