This product is widely used in the ash water circulation of gasification devices such as Deshigu, Shell gasifier, Tsinghua furnace, and aerospace furnace, as well as in high-temperature, high-pressure, and wear-resistant conditions in industries such as fertilizer, coal chemical, and petrochemical. This product can be used for long-term use under the working conditions of import pressure<8.5MPa, flow rate~1600m ³/h, head~300m, temperature~300 ℃, and solid content of conveying medium below 20%. According to different working conditions, materials can be adjusted appropriately to meet various usage requirements.

Materials used

The material of the pump body and other overcurrent parts can be made of corresponding materials such as 06Cr13Ni4Mo, Ni Hard, etc. according to specific working conditions. A corrosion-resistant coating cobalt based alloy can be sprayed in the flow channel to improve its service life.

The impeller and pump liner are made of Ni Hard wear-resistant alloy material or other alloy materials, and the main shaft is made of high-strength precipitation hardened stainless steel under high temperature conditions.
