Description:

This series of pumps is made using a carbon nitrogen combined sintering process, and the parts in contact with the medium are all made of integral silicon carbide ceramics. The pump has high efficiency, stable operation, high reliability, and long service life, and has improved impact resistance. It has been successfully applied to a stage mill pump. Widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, power, coal, chemical, building materials desulfurization, wet smelting, phosphorus chemical, alumina, etc., to transport corrosive and abrasive slurries containing solid particles, such as power plant ash conveying, coal slurry conveying, metallurgical beneficiation plant slurry conveying, coal washing plant slurry and heavy medium conveying, etc. The solid-liquid mixture has a high weight concentration of 45% for mortar and 60% for slurry.

High reliability: The mechanical seal and bracket components of the pump are completely interchangeable with the metal pump, ensuring high reliability. Materials used

Silicon carbide material is suitable for any environment with a pH value of 1~14, and is not limited by the concentration of chloride and fluoride in the slurry, with strong wear and corrosion resistance.
