The molten salt regulating valve adopts a streamlined flow channel design to reduce flow resistance and optimize the flow path of molten salt. The valve body adopts a tilted design, combined with a hard alloy sealing surface, to ensure long-term stable operation under high temperature and high pressure. Its modular design is easy to maintain and equipped with electric or pneumatic actuators, enabling automated control. The diameter range is DN20~DN400 The pressure ranges from PN16 to PN250 (150LB to 1500LB) The working temperature range is 29 ℃~700 ℃.

Materials used

The valve body material is selected according to temperature, for example, WCB/A105 is suitable for ≤ 400 ℃, and CF8C/F347 is suitable for 400-700 ℃. The sealing components are made of high-temperature alloys (such as Stellite alloy) and high-temperature resistant fillers to ensure reliable sealing under extreme conditions.
