The electric molten salt regulating valve is made of high-temperature resistant alloy steel, with optimized valve body structure design, equipped with bellows and dual sealing system, effectively preventing molten salt leakage and crystallization. The valve stem and disc are made of special materials to ensure long-term stable operation under high temperature and high pressure, while also possessing high-precision adjustment capability and low leakage level. The diameter range is DN20~DN150 The pressure is PN1.0~16.0MPa The working temperature range is -29 ℃~575 ℃.

Materials used

The valve body and main components are made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy steel (such as CF8C, Inconel 625, etc.), and the seals are made of materials such as mica and high-temperature packing to ensure reliable sealing and long service life in high-temperature environments.
