This series of pumps is a horizontal single-stage petrochemical process pump designed according to the API610 standard, with a high degree of standardization. The basic components of different specifications of pumps in the series can be interchanged. This series of pumps has nearly 50 specifications and 9 universal bearing components covering 4 pressure levels, which can be widely used in various demanding industrial processes.

structure and performance

The pump adopts a double volute and double shell structure, with the outer shell bearing pressure and the inner shell wear-resistant and replaceable, reducing maintenance costs. The impellers are arranged back-to-back to balance axial forces and operate smoothly. The import and export are vertically upward and designed with equal pressure to reduce thermal stress. Flow range: 6~1600m³ /h; Head range: 70~295m; Working temperature: -45 ℃ ~ 450 ℃; Work pressure: up to 5.0MPa.

Materials used

The outer shell is made of high-strength stainless steel or forged steel, and the inner shell and overcurrent components are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy (such as Cr30A), which has both wear resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation in high temperature and granular media.
