Description：
It is a self-priming single-stage/multi-stage centrifugal pump with a shaft seal device. Its exhaust function is implemented using the principle of a side channel pump. When the pump starts, the liquid inside the pump mixes with the air in the suction pipe to form a gas-liquid mixture, which is discharged through the exhaust device at the discharge port. The exhaust section is arranged on the pressure side to ensure that the gas in the suction pipe and pump body can be completely eliminated. The suction end adopts a spiral suction chamber structure, and the cross-sectional area of the impeller inlet is enlarged to reduce the necessary cavitation head (NPSH). Axial thrust compensation is achieved through pressure relief holes and throttling clearances to achieve axial force balance, and wear-resistant rings are equipped on the suction and pressure sides. The pump shaft bearing is supported by cylindrical roller bearings and double row angular contact ball bearings. The pump can rotate in both directions (left or right).
