Vertical slurry pump

Description:

The vertical slurry pump is a single-stage single suction vertical cantilever centrifugal submersible pump. The impeller is semi open and equipped with wear-resistant covers at both the front and back of the impeller. It is widely used in chemical processes to transport media with solid particles below 30% and viscosity below 200cp that interact with grinding and corrosion. Especially suitable for transporting media such as phosphoric acid and ammonium phosphate slurry in the phosphate fertilizer industry. The conveying medium is generally below 110 ° C. If higher temperature media need to be conveyed, cooling water should be considered to cool the bearings.
