structure and performance
Pump head: GLZ and GLYZ (ZM) slurry pumps have a dual pump casing structure, consisting of front and rear pump casings, front and rear guard plates, protective sleeves, and shaft sleeves. The overcurrent section is made of different wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials according to the requirements of the medium, and the front and rear pump casings are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron. The outlet position of the pump can be installed and used at intervals of 45 degrees, rotating eight different angles as needed, and can be installed at the angle required by the user. The front and rear cover plates of the impeller have back blades to reduce leakage and improve the service life and efficiency of the pump.
Shaft seal: There are two types of shaft seals, auxiliary impeller shaft seal and packing shaft seal. The secondary impeller shaft seal has the advantages of not diluting the slurry, long sealing service life, and good sealing effect. The packing sealing structure is simple and easy to maintain.
Transmission part: GLZ and GLYZ (ZM) slurry pumps can be directly driven, with high structural strength of bearing seat and bearing body components, large pump shaft diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever, and will not bend or vibrate under harsh working conditions. The bearing adopts heavy-duty single row tapered roller bearings, which can withstand the axial and radial loads of the pump. The bearings are lubricated with grease. There are bearing covers at both ends of the bearing body, with sealing rings inside, which can effectively prevent the entry of slurry and the leakage of lubricating grease, ensuring the safe operation of the bearing. According to user requirements, the bearing transmission part can be split type, lubricated with thin oil to reduce shaft temperature.
