The high-temperature molten salt pump for solar thermal power generation is a new generation product jointly developed by Feiyue Company and Jiangsu University, based on decades of experience in molten salt pump production and application. In terms of structure and material selection, the pump fully considers issues such as material strength, corrosion, wear, heat resistance, heat conduction, cooling, lubrication, etc. under high flow rate, high head, and high temperature conditions. The new cavity design concept, secondary convection air cooling structure, special heat resistance device, and reliable lubrication system have improved and guaranteed the efficiency, reliability, and performance of this series of pumps, making them more energy-efficient.

Scope of Application
Molten salt energy storage system The high-temperature molten salt pump plays a core role in the molten salt energy storage system of solar thermal power generation. Molten salt, as an efficient thermal energy storage medium, heats up and stores thermal energy by absorbing heat from solar collectors. The high-temperature molten salt pump is responsible for transporting high-temperature molten salt from the hot salt tank to the steam generator, which is used to generate steam to drive the steam turbine for power generation. Cold salt and hot salt cycle Cold salt pump: used to extract low-temperature molten salt from the cold salt tank and transport it to the solar collector for heating, with a working temperature range of 290 ℃ to 400 ℃. Hot salt pump: transports high-temperature molten salt from the hot salt tank to the steam generator, with a working temperature range of 400 ℃ to 565 ℃. Temperature regulating pump: By mixing low-temperature molten salt with high-temperature molten salt, temperature regulation is achieved to ensure stable operation of the system. System preheating and auxiliary functions Salt pump: used for preheating and transporting low-temperature molten salt during system startup, to prevent damage to the system due to sudden temperature changes. Molten salt heating pump: Utilizing renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics and wind power to heat molten salt and achieve energy storage. Main circulation pump of solar thermal power plant The high-temperature molten salt pump is the main circulating pump of the solar thermal power plant, responsible for transporting high-temperature molten salt to the heat exchanger to ensure continuous and stable operation of the system.
