1. Coal chemical pumps are mainly composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, sealing components, shaft, bearing box and other components according to working conditions. There are three structural forms based on the working conditions and performance parameters of the medium.
2. Structure 1: Mainly used for slag pool pumps with a head of ≤ 50m, low-pressure ash water pumps, settling tank feed pumps, coal mill water pumps, and pumps for devices with a solid content of less than 5%. Structure 2: Mainly used for slag pool pumps with a head greater than 50m, low-pressure ash water pumps, settling tank feed pumps, coal mill water pumps, and solid content less than 10%. Structure 3: Mainly used for settling tank bottom flow pumps with solid content less than 30%, filter feeding pumps, etc.
3. The overcurrent components of the pump are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy (Ni Hard).
4. The rotor components are mainly composed of shafts, shaft sleeves, and impellers.
5. The bearing is installed in the bearing box to support the rotor and withstand axial and radial forces. This series of pumps adopts a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and diagonal contact ball bearings. The bearings are lubricated with lubricating oil.
6. The pump is driven by an electric motor through an elastic elongated diaphragm coupling. From the inlet end of the pump, the impeller rotates counterclockwise, the inlet of the pump is horizontal, and the outlet is vertical.
7. This series of pumps adopts mechanical seals, and the flushing scheme adopts API682: PLAN11 or PLAN32 scheme according to the working conditions.
8. Each pump in this series must undergo performance and operation tests before leaving the factory, and provide customers with test reports for each pump.
